Patagonia Foods supplies IQF strawberries from Mexico, Peru and Chile for bakery, beverage, dessert and fruit preparation programs. The fruit is frozen whole or cut within hours of picking, so it carries its red color through to the finished product. USDA Organic is available from Mexico.
