Holiday baking season is here, and frozen berries make it easy. IQF berries are picked ripe and frozen within hours, so they're full of flavor and ready to bake with any day of the year.
Even better, most of these recipes work best when the fruit goes in straight from the freezer. No thawing, no soggy crusts, no purple batter.
Here are five of our favorite holiday bakes. Each one has a quick list of what you need and how it comes together, with a link to the full recipe if you want the exact amounts and step by step directions.

Baking tip
Keep frozen berries in the freezer until the moment you need them. They release their juice more slowly in the oven, so fillings set cleanly and doughs stay flaky. Plan on a few extra minutes of bake time compared with fresh fruit.
