When will my order ship, and how does delivery scheduling work?

You’ll receive a confirmed ship date and delivery window as soon as your order is scheduled.

Once your purchase order is received, our logistics team reviews product availability, pallet configuration, and your delivery location to schedule the earliest possible ship date. Most orders ship within our standard lead time, which varies slightly by product and warehouse but typically falls within 2–5 business days. For high-volume or multi-SKU loads, we’ll confirm exact timing based on picking, staging, and carrier availability.

We coordinate shipments through trusted refrigerated carriers to maintain full cold-chain integrity from our warehouse to your facility. After your order is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation with the planned ship date, estimated delivery window, and tracking or BOL (Bill of Lading) details. If you have specific receiving hours, dock requirements, or appointment scheduling needs, our team will handle those directly with the carrier to ensure a smooth delivery.

For recurring customers, we can arrange standing weekly or bi-weekly deliveries, consolidate shipments across multiple SKUs, or plan around seasonal demand to help you stay stocked without over-ordering.
